In the continuation of Executive Education 1 training program, PT PLN (Persero) has agreed to move into the next stage of human resources enrichment program with BINUS Creates. Considering the evaluation of Executive Education 1 that showed satisfying result, PT PLN (Persero) appointed BINUS Creates to provide facilitators that were able to do assistance mentoring for project assignment of Executive Education 1 participants. BINUS Creates was trusted to prepare all of Executive Education 1 participants in the implementation of the making and the test of project assignment program.

After passing the selection phase based on the evaluation from the management of PT PLN (Persero), all of Executive Education 1 participants were given the opportunity to join Project Assignment Assistance 2012 that lasted for 3 months. In ensuring the preparation for the participants, BINUS Creates has cooperated with BINUS ONLINE to prepare interactive activities and also BINUS Learning Management System to support the program. Since the participants were coming from top level management from various places in Indonesia, attending face to face sessions, which were led by Damas B. Mulyono and Dr. Ulani Yunus from BINUS University, frequently were impossible due to their occupation. Thus, BINUS Creates implemented Online Assistance Program to help in maintaining the program and dealing with the time and location problem.Online Assistance Program allowed the participants to access a private web page, where they could post online discussion forum, hold virtual class, change email with the lectures and chat with them via online so the participants could keep in touch with the program even without having to meet the advisers directly.

In Project Assignment Assistance 2012, each of the participant was required to create a project assignment with the topic about the business issue that they have to face in their job. Developing a project assignment with an actual business issue topic was aimed to be able to help the participants to have new insights and create new solutions with the guidance from the advisers of BINUS University, which are Dr. Bachtiar Simamora, Tomy Gurtama Soemapradja, SE., MM, Dr. Engkos Achmad Kuncoro, Kristian Edi Nugroho BSIE., MM and Agustinus Dedy Handrimurtjahjo. The participants were also demanded to create reports on how they were going to solve the problems for their projects in the form of OFI (Opportunity for Improvement) reports. In addition, AFI (Action for Improvement) reports based on the OFI reports that consisted of strategic initiative, KPI (Key Performance Indicator), target, resources allocation, timeline, etc., were also required. In the end of the program, the participants presented their project assignments in front of related parties where they had to defend their projects from the board of examiners to decide whether they have the competence for the higher position requirement or not.
