“BCA DIGITAL AWARENESS??, YES..!!!”, shouted committee BCA Digital Awareness to start DIGITAL AWARENESS TRAINING that morning at BCA Learning Institute, Sentul City, Bogor. Digital Awareness participants whose are the BCA Leaders, looked very enthusiastic to join the training.
This is proven by their commitment to completing the tasks referred to as Quest in this training. Digital Awareness Training has been ongoing since October 2017 and is expected to be completed in November 2018. Over 13 months, the training is divided into 14 batches where each batch is consists of 20 to 30 people who divided into 5 groups.
Digital transformation is about sweeping change. It changes everything about how products are designed, manufactured, sold, delivered, and serviced—and it forces CEOs to rethink how companies execute, with new business processes, management practices, and information systems, as well as everything about the nature of customer relationships. This is reason eventually became the background of the BCA Digital Awareness training.
The presence of BCA Digital Awareness training is expected to provide the knowledge and experience in directly sensing the benefits of technology that is currently on the rise both when used for daily purposes and for the purposes of business strategy in daily work. In this training, participants will also explore some applications as tools, techniques and ideas that can help to experience the digital world in this era.

Each batch of BCA Digital Awareness training is running for two days, which on the first day is carried out with a semi-outbound concept that allows participants to have an experiential learning by trying several applications as a tool to complete each Quest given in each training session. While on the second day, participants will be invited to learn and take some insight what are the benefits of technology that can be used to help the needs of BCA business in the future.
