Dr. Anita Maharani is a prominent figure in the field of Human Capital Management and Organizational Behavior, currently serving as the Head of the MM – Reguler Program at BINUS Business School. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, Anita’s area of specialization covers Human Capital Management, Leadership & People Development, with a particular focus on the power of storytelling in driving organizational success. Anita’s academic journey is marked by her relentless pursuit of knowledge. She holds a Doctor of Business Management degree from Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB), a Master of Management degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), and a Bachelor of Economics degree from Universitas Paramadina. Over the course of her career, She has accumulated more than 14 years of invaluable experience in Organizational Behavior and Human Capital Development. She has actively contributed to the growth and development of individuals and teams through her role as a facilitator in various industries, including Banking/Financial and Technology.
