Tatum Syarifah Adiningrum, S.IP, M.Ed., Ph.D., is the Senior Manager of Academic Development at BINUS University’s Business School (BBS). She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education from the University of Auckland, a Master’s Degree in Education from Flinders University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Airlangga University. Tatum’s expertise encompasses a wide array of areas, including Design Thinking, System Thinking, Organizational Development and Curriculum Design. With a decade of dedicated service at BINUS University and a prior role as an External Relations Officer at IALF Surabaya, Tatum has proven herself as a valuable asset in academic development and external relations, blending her profound educational insights with practical experience. Tatum has been involved in education management area for over 10 years, and has over 5 years of teaching experience as facilitator. Tatum also received awards as the Best Facilitator from BINUS Creates in 2021 and 2022.
